The Flash Exclusive Clip: The Thinker Stalks Rebecca Sharpe a.k.a. Hazard

The Thinker (Neil Sandilands), the primary antagonist for the fourth season of “The Flash,” is planning something to take down the Scarlet Speedster that involves turning a select group of individuals into metas.

So far, we’ve only seen one of those metas — Ramsey Deacon, a.k.a. Kilg%re — but in an exclusive clip for Variety, we see the Thinker stalking his next victim: Rebecca Sharpe (Sugar Lyn Beard), who will eventually become the villain Hazard.

The clip opens with the Thinker recording his observations of Rebecca, or Becky, as he points out she prefers to be called, and her unusual string of bad luck.

“Subject was born in Sarasota, Florida,” the Thinker says. “The first indignity in a life full of unfortunate circumstances.”

At a coffee shop, she finds out her soy latte — which she ordered because she’s “severely lactose intolerant” — had milk in it. She rushes home to use the bathroom only to find her boyfriend cheating on her. The Thinker then watches Becky at her job, where she’s a blackjack dealer at a casino, until she is fired after spilling a drink on a handsy gambler.

“Subject believes no matter what she does the universe will conspire to punish her,” the Thinker continues as he watches Becky head to her car to find it has been booted. “Or, as she writes on her MySpace page, ‘I am jinxed.'”
