The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at heart.co.uk) apply to ‘Win £1000 with the Heart Angels’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Saturday 13th November 2010 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart West Midlands.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1) Details of the Competition

1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must visit the Heart Angels at Melbicks Garden & Leisure, Chester Road, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 3HY and complete an entry form. 

1.2 Entry will open at 10.30am and close at 12.30pm on Saturday 13th November 2010.

1.3 One winner will be chosen at random and contacted by Heart.

2) Eligibility

2.1 Entrants must be over 18 years of age.

3) Prize

3.1 The prize is of £1000, this will be sent by cheque within 28 days of winner being notified.
