Whenever the future is imagined in film it tends to be a little OTT. We guess movie directors can't help it - they get so excited at the prospect of writing the rule book before it's happened it's natural they end up getting a little carried away. We can only imagine this is what happened when Luc Beeson was creating Gary Oldman's character Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg in 'The Fifth Element'.
